You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the record must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the inner sleeve and the record itself. We will arrange a replacement where possible, or a full refund including the original shipping charge. Photographs taken before unboxing help a great deal with carrier claims.
Email hello@eastvinyl.top with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send records back before receiving those instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, incorrect description, damage in transit). Please use a tracked service: we cannot refund items that are lost on the way back to us. Records must be packed in a rigid mailer with the record outside the sleeve, exactly as we shipped it.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer typically needs another 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault. Import duties and taxes paid to your customs authority are not refundable by us; please claim those directly from the authority concerned.
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. If the parcel has already left our warehouse, please treat it as a return.
Records are graded using the Goldmine standard (SS / NM / VG+ / VG). Grades describe the record and sleeve, and any notable wear is stated in the listing. Vintage records may show light sleeve wear consistent with their age — this is described and is not a defect.
