We reply to every message within 2 business days. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+8). Messages sent over the weekend or during Chinese public holidays are answered on the next working day.
Please include your order number (it starts with EV and appears in your confirmation email) so we can find your order immediately. For a damaged or incorrect item, attach photographs of the outer packaging, inner sleeve and record.

We buy collections and small private archives, particularly Taiwanese, mainland Chinese and Japanese pressings. Write to us with a list or photographs and we will reply with a considered offer. For press and collaboration enquiries, use the same address and put “Press” in the subject line.
We will never ask for your card number, password or a one-time code by email. If you receive such a request, it is not from us — please ignore it and let us know.
