These terms govern your use of EastVinyl (eastvinyl.top) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.
EastVinyl is an independent record shop operated from mainland China, selling second-hand and new vinyl pressings, mainly from Taiwan, China, mainland China and Japan. You can reach us at hello@eastvinyl.top.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Most listings are single copies of a specific pressing. Stock is therefore limited to one unit unless a listing states otherwise, and an item may sell through another channel before your order is processed. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund in full.
Condition is described using the Goldmine standard (SS, NM, VG+, VG). Grading is a professional judgement about the record and sleeve, not a manufacturing guarantee. Photographs are of the actual copy you will receive unless a listing explicitly uses a stock image.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties and taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout applies to your order. If a price error is obvious and material, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements, not acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, the item is unavailable, or delivery to your address is not possible.
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
Artwork, photographs, text and the EastVinyl name and logo on this site belong to us or to their respective rights holders. Record artwork and trademarks remain the property of the original artists and labels; listings are descriptive and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Do not attempt to breach the security of the site, scrape it at volume, place fraudulent orders, or use it in breach of applicable law. We may restrict access where these rules are broken.
The shop links to payment providers and carriers whose own terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The shop is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Before any formal dispute, please write to us — we will try to resolve the matter directly within 30 days. Consumers may also use their local consumer protection scheme.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
